Mandarin Arts Ltd supply quality Oriental Giftware, Lamps and Furniture on a wholesale only basis to customers throughout the UK and Europe.
We have established this website to help our customers browse through our extensive range although the majority of items are listed in our paper catalogue.

Making A Purchase
You may browse our catalogue at any time but you will need a login and password in order to view prices and availability. Please complete our registration form to request login details.

Shipping And Handling
Mandarin Arts have a minimum order value of £150 excluding VAT and delivery.
Our website is not configured to calculate a carriage charge for your order as it would inevitably overcharge. All carriage charges are dependent on the weight and volume of your order.
Instead, carriage will be added to your order before payment is taken.

Delivery Schedule
We despatch orders on a first come, first served basis as quickly as possible. Through most of the year, we despatch orders the same or next day although during busy periods, there may be a delay of up to one week.
Giftware orders are normally despatched with a parcel courier on a next day delivery service although the service will be 2/3 days to remote or offshore regions.
Orders including furniture items are palletised to protect the goods and are despatched with a freight carrier. These delivery services typically take 2/3 days and a further day or two to remote or offshore locations.
Premium delivery services are available and will be charged at cost, please call for details

Back Orders
We try to keep all the products featured on this site in stock at all times although there will inevitably be some items out of stock for short periods. If an item you have requested is currently out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and suggest a near alternative from our range. When the item again becomes available, we will let you know that we have it back in stock.

Credit Card Security

There is no risk of compromising your credit card details on our website as you cannot submit them online. We do accept payments by credit and debit cards although these payments must be made by telephone or fax. All our card processing is done offline and we do not keep payment card details on any computer system.
Once you have placed you order, you may call us or we will call you to arrange payment. Alternatively, if you are ordering regularly, we may able to re-use recently given payment details.

Guarantee
Any damage or shortage must be notified directly to Mandarin Arts Ltd in writing within 3 days of receipt of order, otherwise claims will not be considered. In case of theft or damage in transit, please keep the original packaging and inform us immediately.

Remittance Terms
Payment may be made by cheque (allow 7 days for clearance), credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card (Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron)

Mandarin Arts Ltd retain absolute title to all goods supplied until payment is received in full.
